As a strength and fitness enthusiast for over 20 years, Coach Drew turned his passion into his profession when he was offered his first coaching position in 2010. In 2014, he began building his dream, Start Today Fitness.
Start Today Fitness was created to cut through the widely accepted nonsense that defines the fitness industry. Coach Drew has developed a straight forward approach to fitness that is based on teaching proper movements and building better habits that work in conjunction with the life that you want to live.

In an industry filled with excessive information and complexities, Start Today Fitness cuts through the noise to deliver a steadfast and comprehensive plan that integrates TRX, strength training, mobility, interval training, and nutrition.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Start Today Fitness is only offering 1 on 1 training and semi-private classes.
